Meet the Founder

Natalie Delille currently serves as the founder and CEO of DearSociety.

On her humble beginning being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Natalie is inextricably linked to her upbringing in the melting pot of New York City, and her Haitian immigrant parents.

Natalie Delille is a visionary social equity advocate, recognized for her innovative approaches to leveraging technology and education to create lasting change for disadvantaged communities.

Her life motto quotes Maya Angelou, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

This quote is one that motivates her to complete every task with grace and rigor and to always do a little bit of good wherever she goes. Her goal in life is to work in lower income communities globally, especially with the youth, and epitomize that their stories, careers, and destinies are still being written.

Natalie is an alumna of Howard University where she studied Marketing at the School of Business. She is also a Global Strategy Social Impact Manager at a Fortune 500 company where she works on empowering small and micro businesses and underrepresented communities through financial education and inclusion.

Natalie enjoys trying new HIIT classes, pilates, and trying new foods across the world.
